LETTER: Osorio-Khor will do best for city

I have known Karlene Osorio-Khor since 1963, and it is with confidence I endorse her for a seat in the Kalispell City Council, Ward 3. Karlene is knowledgeable and thoughtful, who would consider not only the best interests of her constituents but also be mindful of what is best for the city.
