LETTER: Kuntz has the needed integrity

| October 30, 2015 11:00 AM

In response to a letter written by Roxanne Brothers, belittling Rod Kuntz for his service on the City Council.

She is put out because he was appointed over other candidates who had political experience. Hmm, in this world of professional, corrupt, self-serving politicians, I find it refreshing and a relief for an honest citizen with desire to help the community to step up to the plate as Rod Kuntz has.

Setting aside family time and other personal interests, which there is little enough time for in this world where us hard-working people live, just to try and make a difference to improve situations for us all.

Ms. Brothers, we need more honest citizens to do the same. Maybe more would if folks like you wouldn’t be so eager to start chopping them off at the knees right away.

Give you back your career politicians? People with years of experience? I say give me more people of integrity like Rod Kuntz, who really wants to make a difference and are willing to try. He has the experience where it counts and the integrity that we need. —Ginger Clark, Kalispell
