<p>The Portland Phoenix and the St. Paul Dragon Divas, two teams representing breast cancer awareness at the Dragon Boat Festival, were given pink roses during the rose ceremony at 12 p.m. Both teams raised their roses to salute those lost to breast cancer before dropping them in the water at the end of the ceremony.
