Tammey Jo (Stremel) Blinco , 56

Tammey Jo (Stremel) Blinco , 56, of Kalispell, passed away at home on August 16, 2016 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. 

Tammey was born March 14, 1960 in Liberal, Kansas where she grew up and graduated from Liberal High School in 1979. 

She was the secretary for Oh’s Body Shop for many years. She married Bruce L. Blinco on July 7, 2007. She served on the Smith Valley School Board and worked endless hours at the school while her children were young and also worked at the Flathead County Fair every summer. 

Tammey loved spending time with her family, gardening, sewing for her grandchildren, camping, loved animals, and collecting dolls. 

Tammey was preceded in death by her mother Mary Nix; grandmother Hallie Nix and grandfather Clarence Nix. 

She is survived by her husband of nine years Bruce L. Blinco; children  Leslie and husband Mat Driear, Carrie Stremel, Joseph and wife Cyndi Stremel, Susan and husband Craig Meyers; grandchildren Hunter Driear, Ayden Driear, Evan Driear, Luke Driear, Zachary Driear, Noah Driear, Cylus Stremel, Trystin Nelson, Berlynn Stremel, and Hallie Stremel. 

Cremation has taken place and private services will be held.
