Christine Lynn Samora Hill, 44

On Dec. 20, 2016, at 12:20 p.m. Christine Lynn Samora Hill, 44, “went to be with our Lord” after four long years of fighting stage 4 colon cancer.

She was born on May 24, 1972.

Christine enjoyed spending time beading, making porcupine quill earrings, crocheting and painting ceramics. She was an avid outdoor person who loved to pick huckleberries.

Christine loved life, she was interested in many things including hunting, fishing, camping, horses and mechanics. She was a homemaker who raised three daughters.

Christine was preceded in death by her grandpa Reed, aunt Dorothy, uncles John and Don Reed, and mother-in-law Edna (Ma) Hill.

She is survived by her husband, David Hill; her daughters, Kayla Borden, Skyler Hill, Kerry Hill and Sandra Lee Hill, all of Trout Creek, Montana; mother, Mary Alice Samora, and stepfather, Joe Eddie Samora, of Kalispell; brother, Sam Samora of Colorado; two sisters, Lonnie Reed of Stockton, California, and Melissa Eveland of Sandpoint, Idaho; and her grandmother, WilyoDean Mc Gee Reed of Fort Morgan, Colorado. She was also survived by her three grandchildren: Nevaeh, Wyatt and Remington.

No services are planned at this time. Possibly a service on Memorial Day in May, notification pending.
