An O’Brien Avenue resident called the Whitefish Police Department to report that his vehicle had been vandalized. The air had been let out of the vehicle’s tires. The man said his vehicle had been the subject of other recent defacement, including broken off windshield wipers and ketchup spread everywhere. The man told police he suspects that a neighbor is behind the vandalizations because of a previous incident involving a snowmobile dispute.

A concerned caller reported that a woman fell on Second Street and possibly hit her head. The caller said the woman did have a friend with her, but thought it might be a good idea for officers to check on her anyway.

Someone reported a missing phone on East Lakeshore Drive.

A passerby called to report a possibly intoxicated man walking on Wisconsin Avenue without winter clothing. The caller was concerned because of the extreme cold temperatures. Officers were unable to locate the man.

A Diane Road resident called the Columbia Falls Police to report finding a black and white “fluffy” dog outside her house. The dog had no collar and the resident didn’t find anyone in the immediate neighborhood out looking for the animal. The dog was transported to the animal shelter.

A Frontage Road resident reported that a “Magic: The Gathering” card collection had been stolen from a vehicle. The caller said the vehicle may have been unlocked.
