Florence Virginia Notley Edwards, 90

Born in Copan, Oklahoma, on Sept. 14, 1925, Florence resided in Columbia Falls the majority of her life, passing away on Jan. 10, 2016, at age 90.

She is survived by her husband, Arnold Edwards, and son, Arnold O. Edwards from Columbia Falls, and daughter, Tami Prather from Anchorage, Alaska. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brandon Head from Homer, Alaska, Melissa Sugay from Chugiak, Alaska, and Emilia Bain from Kalispell; as well as her great-grandchildren, Ahren Sugay, Addyson Sugay, Aryanna Sugay, Aubrie Sugay and Persephone Peterson.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents, and twin daughters Mary and Gail.

There will be a celebration of life potluck for Florence at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, at the family home, 1193 Dorothy Street, Columbia Falls.
