Some of Northwest Montana’s finest fighters will square off tonight for Kalispell Kombat at the Majestic Valley Arena.

The mixed martial arts card, promoted locally by FightForce, is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $30 for adults and $20 for children 12 and under, and will be on sale at the door this evening.

The main event features Hamilton Ash, the head coach at Straight Blast Gym in Whitefish, in search of his second professional win. He will be matched up against Alejandro Arredondo out of Arizona in a 150-pound fight.

Gus Nolte, another Straight Blast Gym coach, will fight in the other professional bout of the evening at 190 pounds against Tony Cantrell.

Eleven Kalispell amateurs are scheduled to fight, as well, including Corbin Eystad and Larry Francis, who will match up against each other in a 160-pound duel.

Taylor Reed — a former taekwondo national champion out of Big Sky Martial Arts — is also part of the undercard, slated to take on Dillon Fryxell at 175 pounds.

A total of 14 bouts are scheduled, a number that is subject to change.
