LETTER: Thanks for telling the truth with kindness

Touche, Al Weed! Not only was the Jan. 22 letter you wrote to the editor interesting, it was also written with much compassion and intelligence. (See “Here’s how letter writer was ‘duped.’”)

Like so many hate groups that have existed and still to this day penetrate our lives with their venom, I always wonder if it’s not fear that drives these people. As the doctor once said: “We all bleed red.”
