LETTER: Political riots show mess facing this country

Last night I turned to Fox News on the TV, and lo and behold there were a bunch of demonstrators/rioters pelting the police with rocks and waving the Mexican flag and getting away with it.

I personally believe Obama and his policies are to blame for this being allowed in this country. Of course the protesters had watched the blacks doing it earlier, so had no reason to think they could not get away with it also. These are for the most part the kind of people that can come here with Obama’s open-border policy.

He promised hope and change, and we see the change every day. He is probably the most successful president we have had in my memory: He set out to weaken this country’s security and morality and has accomplished almost everything he wanted. He has tainted the Supreme Court, broken his own health-care law numerous times, pitched same-sex marriage and now has given perverts access to women’s bathrooms, and he wants to make sure before he leaves office he gives the prisoners at "Gitmo" a get-out-of-jail-free card so they can kill more Americans.

Of course he has his loyal supporters like Sen. Tester and a lot more who don’t really give a damn about the long-term condition of what this country will face. For over 50 years, I was a Democrat, until Obama, and for a dummy like me all I had to do was look at his friends and decided to switch (not that Romney was a good choice either.)

It did no good to elect a Republican Congress. Those fools just sat back and let him run roughshod over the Constitution and anything he wanted as long as they could feather their own nests.

Hillary has said she wants to take us down the same roads as Obama, and Trump does not make me feel secure by any stretch of the imagination. I can in all honesty see my grandkids either being taken as slaves to Muslims, blacks or Mexicans or fighting for their lives in the future. Think that’s far out? Well, maybe it’s just an old man’s ranting.
