LETTER: Thank you for bringing charges against mother of slain toddler
Thank you, prosecutor Andrew Clegg, for having a spine and FINALLY charging little Forrest Groshelle’s mother in his death. From what I can tell, she made the choice to do drugs herself and have a bad boyfriend around her child and watch her child.
I’d like to see any other adults in Forrest’s life who also witnessed and had knowledge of his abuse be charged as well. Seriously, “they” took Brandon’s word about Forrest’s injuries KNOWING he had a history of domestic abuse. They disgust me.
Who was the witness who saw Brandon sit on 2-year-old Forrest and do other mean things? I’d like to ask them why they didn’t do anything to stop a man from abusing a little boy, a toddler for God’s sake, or why didn’t they call the police? Cowards? Drug users themselves?
Thank you, Mr. Clegg, for being one adult who actually is doing something on Forrest’s behalf as well as for all the other children who have been abused and/or killed due to their parents’ bad choices!
