Jerry Patterson, 68

Jerry Patterson, 68, passed away Friday, June 13, 2016, while hospitalized in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

He is survived by his niece, Jennifer, and was predeceased by his parents and his sister, Patricia.

Jerry was born in Alabama on May 2, 1948, to Grover and Margie Patterson. As a young man, his family relocated to San Diego, where he graduated from La Jolla High School in 1966. He became a Montana resident in 2004.

Jerry worked as a service writer for a number of Cadillac car dealerships in southern California. His favorite pastimes were taking long drives and playing lottery games. He was a witty conversationalist, and will be remembered for his kind heart and generous spirit.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, at Columbia Mortuary.
