Woman spotted driving with baby on lap

A Kalispell Police officer was unable to locate a woman who was allegedly spotted by a passerby driving with a baby on her lap on Treeline Road.

A woman called from Second Avenue West to report that someone was in a business bathroom shooting up heroin. Store workers disposed of a syringe left behind, but wanted law enforcement to know that the drug user was out walking the streets.

Jail apparently did not teach a man manners. A recently freed inmate allegedly pushed a woman and called her obscene names. The woman did not want to press charges against the man.

A man was shot with a Taser and taken to the hospital after someone reported that he was tearing a house apart on Buttercup Loop after possibly overdosing on acid.


Whitefish Police took a report from an exchange student who had lost her passport.

An officer reminded an intoxicated man trying to get into a liquor store that the establishment closed at 1 a.m.


Columbia Falls Police learned that a pistol was stolen from a man who called from Riverwood Lane. The man had a suspect in mind.
