LETTER: Vote for 'champions against tyranny'

“These are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing it value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated.”

One of our great founding fathers, Thomas Paine, made that beautiful quote just before the crisis of the American Revolution.

The preservation of Liberty and the further onslaught of tyranny, for America, the world and, yes, even Montana, is up for your vote. I made a commitment some time ago that I would not allow the Democratic progressive march to destroy our God, our families and our country. I will fight and we can all fight, with our vote. My research and my heart will cast a vote for the following champions against tyranny:

Greg Gianforte — for governor of our great Treasure State of Montana.

Keith Regier — for Senate District 3 of Kalispell.

Derek Skees — for House District 11 of Kalispell.

Pam Holmquist — for Flathead County commissioner.

Montana Supreme Court — Kristen Juras.

Our Montana Supreme Court is the sixth most liberal court in the nation and because justices do not have to declare their political party loyalty in Montana, the liberal bias is huge. Knowing what little I have gleaned, I still would cast a vote for Kristen Juras.
