Jeanette Mae Dullum, 70

Jeanette Mae Dullum died April 20, 2017, surrounded by her loving family, after a lengthy illness of multiple system atrophy.

Cremation will take place as conducted by Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home in Kalispell.

Jeanette Mae Doeden was born July 29, 1946, to Lester and Raina (Gnadt) Doeden, in Ada, Minnesota. She graduated from Williston High School in 1964 and went on to attend Minot State College and University of North Dakota-Williston.

On March 16, 1965, Jeanette married the love of her life, Daryl Dullum. They had two children, Darin and Tina. They celebrated their 52nd anniversary on March 16, 2017.

Throughout her years, Jeanette held many positions and retired in 2005 as a program compliance auditor for the state of Montana.

Jeanette loved spending time with her grandchildren, who were the center of her life, the outdoors, especially boating in the San Juan Islands and on Flathead Lake. She also enjoyed riding in the convertibles, on the motorcycle and snorkeling in Flathead Lake.

Jeanette is survived by her husband of 52 years, Daryl Dullum, of Lakeside; son, Darin (Sheila) Dullum, of Marietta, Georgia; daughter, Tina (Troy) Dennison, of Missoula; four grandchildren, Austin, Sierra, Elizabeth Dennison and Devin Dullum; mother-in-law, Twila Dullum, of Williston, North Dakota; brother, Larry (Elaine) Doeden; sister-in-law, De Ann (Roy) Beard; and several nieces and a nephew.

A gathering of friends and relatives to celebrate the life of Jeanette will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 23, at their home at 124 Mission View Dr., Lakeside.
