Terry Kevin Davis, 59

| April 26, 2017 9:25 PM

Terry Kevin Davis, born Jan. 22, 1958, in Ottumwa, Iowa, passed peacefully at home on April 25, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. Since the age of 2 he battled diabetes and many complications that followed. Those who knew him, who were many, loved his good nature and caring ways.

Terry was a gardener — best corn stalks in town — and took pride in his yard in his leisure time. His family was always foremost in his life, for his family and friends he threw the most fabulous and memorable Christmas parties every year and the summertime pig roast barbecues. Hunting, fishing and outdoor living with friends and family around the bonfire were some of Terry’s favorite times. He had built picnic tables and swings for many people over the years, so this summer as you sit down and enjoy your family picnics, please send a prayer to him in heaven.

Terry was a great son, father, nephew, brother, uncle, and grandfather to many.

He was preceded in death by his father Gary, and sister Lisa.

Terry is survived by his mother, Karen Davis, of Whitefish; brother, Doug Davis, and wife, Susan, of Kalispell; sister, Kim Wides, and husband, Aaron, of Columbia Falls; daughter, Katie Zell, and husband, Brian, of Parker, Colorado; daughter, Amanda Miller, and husband, Blaine, of Columbia Falls; son, Colton Davis, and wife, Miranda, of Kalispell; and grandchildren, Addison, Cooper, Sawyer and Baby Miller to join us soon.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Terry Davis Memorial Fund at the Whitefish Credit Union.

A celebration of life will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 28, at Columbia Mortuary, 1010 4th. Ave. West, Columbia Falls. Father Sean Raftis will be saying a prayer at 6:30 p.m.

Columbia Mortuary is caring for Terry’s family.
