Eek! Caller reports mouse in the house

Someone reportedly called the Kalispell Police Department requested to speak to an officer about a mouse he found in his house.

Two males and a female allegedly walked out of a store with a cart full of stolen groceries. The group was reportedly seen getting into a Mercedes and driving away.

Two 10-year-old boys were allegedly throwing rocks at passing cars when one hit a driver’s windshield and damaged it. The boys allegedly ran away and were unable to be located.

A woman reported a group of people for standing outside her window smoking cigarettes. The woman said she had sprayed the group with hairspray in the past to get them to leave. The woman was advised that it is not illegal to smoke and there was not crime.

A woman reportedly came across a mountain lion while out jogging on Texas Avenue, according to Whitefish Police. No injuries resulted from the encounter.

While enjoying breakfast in a hotel dining area, a man reportedly heard two men talking about how to smuggle guns into the country from Mexico. The reporting man allegedly overheard several details from the conversation including how the men planned to elude the suspicions of customs officers they would encounter.

Someone reportedly returned to their home on Minnesota Avenue to find someone had allegedly broken into their home, entering through the back door and stealing only change from the house.

A group of four children was reported for repeatedly knocking on someone’s door and then running away before he answered. Officers located the kids and made them call their parents to explain why they were out with police. All four were sent home without charges.

Someone allegedly threw an unlit cigarette out of their car window, according to Flathead County Sheriff’s Office.

Two men were reported for fighting on Blanchard Lake Road. One of the males allegedly walked away covered in blood.

Around a dozen horses were seen walking down Tronstad Drive headed toward a major highway.

Someone reported finding a pile of bones while out for a walk and was unsure whether they might be human. Officers determined the bones were deer remains.
