| August 11, 2017 9:51 PM

A caller reported a boat accident to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office at 11:48 p.m. The incident occurred in Woods Bay and was referred to Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks. FWP Warden Morgan Post declined to provide further details and stated the incident was still under investigation Friday.

An individual contacted the Kalispell Police Department to report a man in a motorized wheelchair was allegedly riding down a U.S. Highway 2 on-ramp headed south. Officers were unable to locate the man in question.

Ten power line emergencies were reported to Flathead Valley emergency services personnel between the hours of 7 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Thursday.

A woman reported she picked up a hitchhiker who was reportedly not doing well and was transporting the person to the hospital.

A caller requested an officer respond to a local hospital to assist with an overdose patient who reportedly refused to give her name and was allegedly fighting with security. A security officer called back to report they restrained the patient and that she had allegedly assaulted a hospital employee. An officer responded to the scene and helped the staff get the patient’s name.

An individual reported a male allegedly threw cement at their vehicle and then ran away. The caller was reportedly inside the vehicle when the incident occurred.

A driver reported their passenger window had possibly been shot at. The caller was driving a white GMC when they suddenly heard a loud noise and the window burst as they were driving down a highway. An officer responded to the scene but did not locate any objects that may have caused the glass to break.

A caller requested officer assistance with her neighbor who allegedly got “in her face,” yelled at her and made an obscene gesture toward her. She suspected the neighbor was using methamphetamines. An officer made contact with the suspect and reported she was allegedly all over the place and had difficulty sticking to a single topic. She reportedly stated things like there were fleas in her son’s house and everyone around her was spreading propaganda. At one point in the conversation she allegedly picked up a kitchen knife and threw it off to the side. The officer later made contact with Child Protective Services to report the woman’s conduct.

A caller reported the driver of a black GMC pickup tried to run them off the road and later tossed a paint can and other garbage at their vehicle. The garbage reportedly dented the top of the reporting party’s vehicle.
