Action Rentals launches Stillwater Bathtub Races

From noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26, Action Rentals in Olney will host the inaugural Stillwater Bathtub Races.

Participants can register for the race by Aug. 19 for $20 per team (a team is two people maximum), or register on site the day of the race starting at 10 a.m. for $35 per team.

Teams must provide their own bathtub-dressed boat or flotation device. No motorized vehicles are allowed, only peddles, paddles or oars. Racers can use an actual bathtub or design a vessel to look like one. Life vests are required.

Racers must be 16 years old or older, but spectators or all ages are welcome.

There will be food and drink vendors on site. Coolers are not permitted.

Action Rentals in Montana is located at 6699 U.S. 93, in Olney.
