Skunk leaves its mark inside vehicle

A Kalispell Police Department officer checked on a vehicle with its door open. The driver reported they had left the door open to get the skunk odor out.

A juvenile caller contacted the police to report his neighbor’s dog allegedly got into his yard and “rough housed” his guinea pigs. An officer responded to the residence and spoke with a man who reported his daughter owned the dog and that she and the dog were en route to Washington where they lived. An individual called back to report one of the guinea pigs died and later decided they wanted to pursue charges.

The driver of a silver Dodge pickup was reportedly driving recklessly and hit a sign. The driver allegedly then hit another sign and crashed through a brick wall and was spotted with an armload of beer near a local gas station. Officers were unable to locate the driver in question.

A male was reportedly seen crossing the street and bleeding from the head. An officer drove around the area but was unable to locate the man in question.

A man asked if an officer could respond to his ex’s residence as she was allegedly sad over the breakup. An officer contacted the female and found she was OK and had no intentions of self-harm.

A partially blind individual reported they were having trouble walking home from a bar and had gotten lost. The caller stated they would wait at their current location for officers to arrive. An officer transported the male home.

A woman contacted the Whitefish Police Department to report her son and a friend were allegedly followed by two men, one on a skateboard and another on an ATV, who were reportedly asking the boys why they were out so late and where they were going. The caller’s son reportedly ran home.

A female who was allegedly cited for drug possession went into another individual’s room and reportedly began slamming various objects. She reportedly went back into her own room.
