Kalispell man charged with sexual assault

Ronald Joe Fetveit, 68, of Kalispell will be arraigned Aug. 31 on charges of felony sexual intercourse without consent and two counts of sexual assault.

According to court documents, on July 7 a teenage victim reported an incident of sexual assault to a deputy. On July 10, a detective spoke with someone who reportedly witnessed the July 6 incident and confronted Fetveit about inappropriately touching the victim. Fetveit allegedly admitted to fondling the victim’s genitals also on June 15 or 16.

According to court documents, the detective also talked with someone who had spoken with the victim regarding the assaults.
