No. 24742 NOTICE OF BANK MERGER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"), the Colorado Division of Banking ("Colorado DoB"), and the Montana Division of Banking and Financial Institutions ("Montana DBFI") for consent to merge Collegiate Peaks Bank, 105 Centennial Plaza, Buena Vista, Colorado 81211, with and into Glacier Bank, 49 Commons Loop, Kalispell, Montana 59901, with Glacier Bank as the surviving institution. Upon consummation of the merger, it is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated, and the former branch offices of Collegiate Peaks Bank will be operated as branches of Glacier Bank, under the name and as part of "Glacier Bank" or "Collegiate Peaks Bank, a division of Glacier Bank."
