Jeep runs over stop sign, flees scene

According to the Columbia Falls Police Department, a Jeep ran over a stop sign and fled the scene. Border Patrol reportedly saw the incident and tried to catch the driver. The vehicle reportedly reached speeds upward of 100 mph before Border Patrol lost sight of it on the North Fork Road. Border Patrol allegedly found the vehicle again, but then lost sight of the Jeep once again after the vehicle traveled into a ditch to evade officers. Officers reportedly ran the information on the vehicle and found it allegedly belonged to an Evergreen man.

According to the Whitefish Police Department, a caller was upset at a bartender who refused to serve him. He said the woman wouldn’t give him a “gosh darn drink.”

According to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Department, a property owner rented out their home and said the guests were supposed to have checked out, but there was a car with Pennsylvania plates in the driveway. A cleaning lady had knocked several times but no one was answering.

A blind dog running in the road was reportedly caught and returned to its owner.

A dog was reportedly chasing wild turkeys through a park.

A woman trying to get her belongings out of a motor-home found a broken lock and her stuff stolen.

A man said his ex-finance hit his car with her car and was trying to take away his phone. The woman was reportedly arrested when law enforcement arrived on scene.

According to the Kalispell Police Department, a group of teenagers were reportedly spraying air freshener and videotaping a grocery manager without his consent.

A woman said she accidentally hit her phone’s emergency dial while sleeping.

A caller from a public building said they found a Nazi recruiting card with a swastika, phone number and the words “join me” on it.
