Dog suspect of 'bite and run'

A dog allegedly entered a Whitefish store, bit a man and walked out. The man went to the emergency room and told the Whitefish Police Department he had no idea where the dog came from. The dog was described as a brown lab with a black collar, no tags, no owner and no boundaries.

An inappropriate strip show was reported to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office when someone claimed to have seen a man dancing on a street corner and pulling off his clothes. Police found the suspect fully clothed and “fine.”

Death threats were reportedly engraved into the dash and other parts of a man’s vehicle, according to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office. The man also reported parts had been ripped out of the interior of his car.

An employee of a bar reported a man for attempting to break in the back door using a credit card. When the suspect could not get the door open, he allegedly followed the “beer guy” in and used the restroom. The employee stated that when confronted, the man confirmed that he had tried to break in and said “so what?”

A man allegedly dialed 911 to request the phone number for President Donald Trump.

A bear rug was the only item allegedly stolen out of a home that was left unlocked when the owner went out of town.
