Madeline Thursa Young Coleman, 83

Madeline Thursa Young Coleman “went home to Christ” on Friday July 21, 2017.

Madeline was born on the March 2, 1934, in Lodge Grass, Montana, and was the seventh of 10 children born to Fred and Hazel Young.

Madeline was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 50-plus years, JD Coleman, one child, Reid, four sisters and three brothers.

She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen Sudan of Kila and Michelle Standley of Kalispell, and three sons, Darrell of Fort Worth, Texas, Roger of Kalispell and Joseph of Dallas, Joseph Young of Portland and Wesley Young of Kalispell. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, and far too many nieces and nephews to list here.

Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home is caring for the family and graveside services are planned for 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, at Glacier Memorial Gardens. A reception will follow at her home in Kalispell.
