Hungry Chihuahua chases meal on wheels

A man reported being chased down while riding his bike on Fifth Avenue West by a Chihuahua that looked like it had not eaten in a while, according to a Kalispell Police report.

A brown and white corgi was found on Empire Loop and taken to the county animal shelter.

A man was reportedly seen drinking out of a paper bag and attempting to “lure” people into his camper near the skate park.

A man described as being too big for his bike allegedly road to a business on U.S. 35 and pulled a machete on a female customer.

Suspected drug activity was reported at a hotel on East Idaho Street.

A resident of Teal Drive reported someone for repeatedly egging his vehicle.

A cougar was reportedly seen on Northern Lights Boulevard.

A woman reported being drugged, assaulted and robbed after a man took her to Sliter’s Park. The woman told Flathead Sheriff’s deputies she had several bruises and was unsure of all that happened.

Someone allegedly smashed two TVs and stole linens from a hotel on Montclair Drive. The people registered to the room also allegedly left drug paraphernalia behind and never used the second room they rented.

A boy was allegedly shot in the leg with a pellet gun while mowing his yard on Tamarack Lane. The boy’s mother said they could not find anyone in the area and did not hear anyone shoot the gun. The boy was taken to the hospital to have the pellet removed from his leg.

A teen was reported for walking around Canyon Road shooting out windows with a BB gun.

A bear reportedly broke into a chicken coup on Taylor Loop Road and killed several chickens, according to a Lincoln County Sheriff’s report.

A suspicious person dressed in black was allegedly seen walking down Kootenai River Road carrying a chainsaw. The person told authorities his vehicle had broken down.
