To strip, or not to strip; that is the question

A suspicious man on South Main Street was reportedly taking his clothes off and putting them back on while yelling at people. Kalispell Police officers were unable to locate the indecisive stripper.

A caller on Fifth Avenue East reportedly found a black Labrador in their well. The dog was returned to its owner.

A truck reportedly side-swiped a vehicle on First Avenue East.

A pickup was allegedly swerving all over on East Idaho Street. The driver admitted to her tires “squealing” after she sped up to make it through a light that was turning red.

A storage unit on Airport Road was reportedly broken into and items were taken.

A caller on Hutton Ranch Road reported that two dogs were panting in a car that’s windows were “barely cracked.” The caller was very concerned for the dogs and stated that one dog was “barely moving.” Officers determined that all four windows were down and the dogs were OK.

Subjects seen in “sketchy vehicles” were reportedly going in and out of a building on Two Mile Drive. The caller believed the people to be dealing drugs out of an apartment.

A night manager at a local hotel was advised by a guest that a male had reportedly gained access into his room using a credit card.

A man allegedly kicked the passenger side mirror off of a vehicle on Third Avenue East North. According to the caller, the man then began walking toward Main Street and was yelling at “no one” and knocking things over. The caller believed the man was high, but at the very least should not be walking around because he was “aggressive.”

A caller on Fourth Avenue East reported that a woman had attempted to walk into his house. The woman was reportedly waving a stick around and talking to herself.

A shoplifter allegedly stole $200 worth of food and alcohol from a store on West Idaho Street.

A small black dog with no tags was found on Merganser Drive. The dog reportedly appeared to be very old and very thin with matted fur over its eyes. The dog was taken to the shelter.

A man allegedly stole a bottle of olive oil from a store on Third Avenue East North.

A man allegedly stole a “bunch” of beer from a store on Third Avenue East North; it was unknown if this was the same male from an earlier incident.

After breaking up a party at an apartment building, a caller was reportedly yelled at and flipped off by tenants in the building.

A dump truck was allegedly driving recklessly near Four Mile Drive. The caller reported that the truck “almost hit a child crossing the road.”

A caller told Columbia Falls Police that there was something sticking out of the back of a vehicle on Ninth Street West.

A woman on Fourth Avenue West reported that a man had called her to tell her she had won money. She believed the call was a scam, and officers advised her to block the number.

Some people were reportedly trying to “start fights” outside on Nucleus Avenue.

A caller on Spokane Avenue reported that their flower planters were stolen over the weekend, according to Whitefish Police.

A mother duck and her ducklings were reportedly trapped in the fenced area at a duck pond.
