Students are too cool for school

A group of middle school kids were reported for trying to climb on to the roof of a school on Northwest Lane, according to the Kalispell Police Department.

A “stereotypical creeper” was reportedly seen wandering around on North Meridian Road.

A couple claimed someone broke into their hotel room and stole a cellphone and several other personal items while they were out. The couple told Whitefish Police they were tracking the stolen iPhone to downtown Whitefish.

The owner of a business on East Second Street reported the theft of a bench from in front of her store.

A woman reported someone for breaking into her vehicle. The woman said there was no damage to the car and nothing had been taken.

Three Yorkshire Terriers were found on Ninth Street West and taken to the county animal shelter, according to Columbia Falls Police.

A woman was reportedly taking toys from a store on Ninth Street West. Authorities located the woman but could not locate the allegedly missing toys, and determined no theft had taken place.
