Free speech trumps disapproval

An angry Trump supporter called to report a group of protesters holding signs on South Main Street, and gave authorities a number of reasons to remove them. After Kalispell Police confirmed the group was not blocking the sidewalk or illegally soliciting money, the man said he did not approve of their message.

Suspected drug activity was reported on East Idaho Street.

A wolf/shepherd cross was reported missing from his home on Seventh Avenue East.

A border patrol agent reported hitting a bear cub with his vehicle. The cub was critically injured but fled up a tree before it could be put down, according to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office.

A delivery truck reportedly hit someone on Nucleus Avenue, according to Columbia Falls Police. The person was not critically injured.
