Good deed goes to the dogs

According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, a woman said she picked up a stray dog and put it in her car while she ran her errands. But the dog started acting up and she needed help getting it out of her vehicle.

Search and rescue was deployed for a hunter with medical issues. The hunter’s wife later reported he had gone off the road but made it home safe.

A dog was reportedly running around with a chicken in its mouth.

A man reportedly received a stab wound following an assault, but no one wanted to pursue charges.

According to the Kalispell Police Department, a caller said he walked by a truck and a man was in the front seat. When he walked back by he said the man was hiding in the back of the truck.

A driver reportedly ran into a pole in a parking lot and the airbags deployed.

Law enforcement checked on woman slumped over the steering wheel of her parked van. She was sleeping.

According to the Columbia Falls Police Department, a caller was worried about a skittish dog running loose near a school during recess.

A blonde woman with a mullet-type haircut was reportedly intoxicated and talking to children when their mother wasn’t present.

According to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office, a woman was trying to track down a man who borrowed her car.

A man said a child was driving his dirt bike on private roads. The caller wanted people who don’t live there to stay off the roads.

A caller said there were at least 20 horses in the yard. A farmer was later contacted who worked on getting the animals contained.
