Cars race 'round and 'round a roundabout

According to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office, a concerned motorist said they saw two cars racing at a roundabout. The caller said the cars were just “going ‘round and ‘round” and it was an accident waiting to happen.

A bike was reported stolen from the Kalispell area. When police inquired about the bike, a mother said the bike was found, but now another bike may be missing. The mother and daughter gave conflicting stories about which bike might be missing. Police asked them to get on the same page.

Bow and arrows reportedly fell out of the back of a truck.

A landlord said his tenants broke into the attic area and was concerned about what they “might have done up there.”

An owner said that her dogs were acting strangely so she took them to the vet, and they tested positive for THC. She said she had no idea who would give her dogs marijuana.

A woman alleged that her ex-boyfriend is holding her kayaks hostage.

According to the Whitefish Police Department, a passer-by was wondering why a man with long brown hair was lying in the grass. Police checked on him and found he was just taking a nap.

A trash container was tipped over and trash scattered around. It appeared that a bear had just been in the can. Police stickered the can and issued a citation via mail.

According to the Columbia Falls Police Department, someone from the court called and said that a subject had run away from the courthouse. The subject found her way back into the courtroom.

According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, a bull moose got spooked by traffic and got caught in a fence. Police reported that the moose had gotten untangled from the fence.

A Libby woman wanted to report someone using her number for telemarketing calls.

According to the Kalispell Police Department, a man said he gave a business his computer to repair, but the owner was no longer returning his calls and the business was no longer there.

A group of rambunctious teens angered a store manager when they were allegedly messing around with the store’s carts.

Multiple dogs were reportedly barking at a Kalispell residence. The caller said also that they are not very nice.

A woman said she was picking up her kids when a barefooted woman came up and tried to talk to the children. When the children’s father came out of the house, the woman reportedly walked to a truck and left.

A caller reported a road hazard after hearing a loud crash and then seeing a bunch of items in the road, including possibly a reclining chair and a garbage can.
