Cultural and Art History Club meets on Oct. 10

| October 5, 2017 12:58 PM

The Cultural and Art History Club will meet from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, at First Interstate Bank, 306 Spokane Ave., Whitefish.

The Cultural and Art History Club is hosted by Stumptown Art Studio.

This month, the club will be meeting to discuss painter Wolf Kahn. Kahn is a German-born American painter. He is known for combining the aesthetics of Realism with Color Field. His work has garnered numerous awards. Kahn’s lively landscapes should garner food for thought and research.

Anyone can be a part of the Cultural and Art History Club experience, by paying a $5 drop-in fee or by holding an annual membership to the Stumptown Art Studio.

The Cultural and Art History Club is also celebrating its sixth birthday in October.
