'Old guy' gets stuck on the tracks

According to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office call logs, an “old guy” was intoxicated and trespassing at an industrial plant. Employees discovered the man had driven his car onto the railroad tracks and got stuck there. He was later taken to the hospital for chest pain. While being treated for chest pain, the man reportedly ran and tried to hide in the trees by the hospital.

A woman said she posted several “no trespassing” signs, but hunters were still trespassing onto her property.

A real-estate agent said her clients were supposed to close on a house but the current tenants were refusing to leave.

A Bigfork business owner said they discovered graffiti on the building next door.

A second-hand store supervisor said they discovered bullets in a jacket pocket and wanted law enforcement to come and collect them.

According to the Columbia Falls Police Department call logs, a caller said his upstairs neighbor was playing music really loud. He said his neighbor was hostile when confronted, so he wasn’t comfortable doing it again. When police went to the residence, the man answered his door with a gun in his hand. The man was cited for disorderly conduct.

Several mailboxes were rummaged through in a Columbia Falls neighborhood. There were open mailboxes and mail on the ground. Extra patrols were scheduled to attempt to deter this from happening again.

According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, a caller said two men shot a turkey on private property.

A patient at a care center was reportedly out of control and had an employee pinned against the wall.
