Opal M. Loveless, 94

Opal M. Loveless, 94, passed away Oct. 22, 2017, in Kalispell.

Opal was born to O.V. and Grace (Savage) Isaacs on June 22, 1923, in Kalispell. She attended Brown’s Meadow School and graduated from Flathead County High School.

She married Lawrence “Larry” Loveless on Aug.1, 1942. They lived in Kila until moving to Polson in 1962.

She worked in Dr. Wallner’s office in Kalispell and went on to work at the First Interstate Bank of Polson. After retiring, Opal worked at the “Soup Kitchen” in Polson. She was very active in the Garden Club, interested in all kinds of crafts and did flower arrangements for her church.

Opal was preceded in death by her parents, husband Larry, sisters Ruth and Shirley, and brother Merle.

She is survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

There will be a visitation for Opal from 9 to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31, with services to follow visitation at Polson Presbyterian Church 301 1st Ave. East, Polson, Montana 59860. Burial will take place at 3 p.m. at C.E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery Kalispell.
