Irrigation discount to end Oct. 31

The city of Kalispell reminds residential customers that the discounted sprinkling rate for the current year will be ending Oct. 31. All water usage outside of the sprinkling season will be billed at the normal water usage rates in accordance with the Rate Schedule.
