S&K Aerospace of Saint Ignatius has won a $559 million contract with the U.S. Air Force to provide supply services for the Royal Saudi Air Force F-15 aircraft.

The tribal-owned company is leading a team consisting of Parts & Repair Technical Services Inc. (P.A.R.T.S), and Dalma Tech2. S&K Aerospace will provide logistics support and deliver consumables for multiple F-15 variants, as well as operate and maintain print plant and print-on-demand facilities under the contract.

“This is a huge win for the S&K team and well-deserved, as many folks from across the enterprise contributed to the proposal effort and subsequent award,” said Daryl Delamarter, S&K Aerospace senior vice president of business development. “We have been supporting the Royal Saudi Air Force for over 15 years and this contract will allow us to continue to expand our presence and operations in-kingdom.”

The S&K team has a long history of supporting Saudi Air Force programs. Work will be performed through March 2023 from S&K Aerospace’s Warner Robins, Georgia, office, as well as S&K Aerospace’s Riyadh and Dhahran offices in Saudi Arabia.

S&K Aerospace President Tony Amadeo said the F-15 is a critical weapons system for the Saudi Air Force.

“This contract provides a wide range of logistics support for the aircraft,” Amadeo said in a prepared statement. “We will work closely with our teammates, as well as our in-kingdom partners to exceed contract requirements, while working toward Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.”

S&K Aerospace also won a 15-year, $4.2 billion contract from the U.S. Air Force in November 2016 to provide logistics, maintenance and technical services for 107 Foreign Military Sales customers under the Parts and Repair Ordering System V program.

S&K Technologies was formed in 1999 with a vision to become one of the pre-eminent professional services firms in the country and to provide opportunity for the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. Since its inception, the S&K enterprise has grown into a family of five subsidiary companies that support federal and commercial customers around the world.

As a wholly owned corporation of the tribes, S&K Technologies is part of an extensive economic development plan established by tribal leadership. S&K Aerospace is the largest subsidiary of S&K Technologies, Inc. and is headquartered on the Flathead Reservation in St. Ignatius, with multiple operating locations throughout the U.S. and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
