Case dropped against Kalispell man accused of rape

A case against a Kalispell man accused of rape in 2017 was later dropped. 

Ryan Ness faced one count of sexual intercourse without consent, according to court documents. He was arraigned on the charge and entered a plea of not guilty in front of Flathead District Judge Dan Wilson.

A motion to dismiss without prejudice was signed by Wilson on March 12, 2020.
