Is it a fixer upper or money pit?

A caller was thinking about purchasing a house that had a meth lab in the garage, according to Flathead County Sheriff’s Office logs. He wanted to know if the main house needed to be cleaned up, or just the garage.

A driver and pooch had a showdown on Trails End Drive. The driver said the stubborn mutt “just stood there and would not move,” even as they inched forward. The dog owner did nothing about the standoff, the driver said.

Three dogs were running loose in Hungry Horse. They wouldn’t move for vehicles. Apparently this happens all the time.

Horses and mules were out of their pasture on Conrad Drive. They didn’t stop traffic, but were escorted home.

A fraudulent check was mailed for an item posted for sale. The seller was advised to block the suspect’s number if he attempts to make contact.

A Smith and Wesson was reported stolen from a business on Piney Dell.

A woman said she was being harassed by her son’s girlfriend, who was making sexual allegations about her and her son. The caller was advised to get a restraining order.

A man who was supposed to be moving out of his girlfriend’s place became angry and allegedly started breaking windows.

A caller confronted two teens in a pickup who followed his child home. When he told them to leave, the teens swore then took off.

A caller in Hungry Horse said that a woman he borrowed $20 from showed up at his house and took some of his possessions. While she was there, her vehicle got stuck in the driveway and she had to get towed. The caller never got his stuff back.

A woman in Somers wanted it documented that her fiancé was “once again” yelling at her and the children.

A suspect with a felony warrant was arrested on Smith Lake Road.
