Shoplifter completes clothing ensemble

Maybe a woman was looking to complete her outfit and match the tannish brown skirt she was seen wearing when she allegedly stole a “coat of some sort” that had “brownish cloth.”

A woman was under the impression that a drug dealer allegedly put a tracking device on her vehicle and told Kalispell Police Department she stored the vehicle because she thought it might get stolen.

Someone was holding an open house and putting up signs outside when they reportedly saw the neighbor’s boyfriend pitching a fit at the residence, pounding on a vehicle and kicking the door although no on was said to be at home. The man was counseled on his behavior.

Dispatchers called back a phone number associated with an abandoned 911 call and got a man on the phone who said he didn’t know what happened and he was just watching YouTube on his phone while eating nachos.

A woman found an empty laptop case and items scattered all over the yard. The woman reportedly found a business card for someone out of Idaho and left a message with the phone number listed.

A woman reported concerns with speeding on a street where she claimed she almost hit on multiple occasions.

A portable toilet was knocked over at Woodland Park.

A crying woman told officers an intoxicated man who reportedly drank half a bottle of whisky had kicked her and pulled her hair.

Someone told officers they heard stomping and a woman “screaming blood murder.”

A grandmother reported her grandson’s vehicle as stolen claiming the ignition key had been broken off and it was started with a screwdriver. The grandmother said her grandson was driving the vehicle with a friend when he was allegedly arrested and the friend brought the vehicle back, but it was now missing.

An argumentative man called to complain about a supposedly suspicious vehicle with plastic wrap on the back that he had seen go to the “dark part” behind a motel four times, but when asked when the vehicle was last seen said “I don’t know, you can call the front desk.”

Police received another call about possibly the same man who allegedly was cursing and threatening to beat up a front desk clerk at a motel, then picked up a phone and threw it at them. The man also called police claiming the clerk assaulted him and was reportedly ranting about drugs and being friends with law enforcement.

Two vehicles were reported broken into and three pistols were missing.
