The Glacier Wolfpack tied the Missoula Hellgate Knights for the second time this season in a Western AA soccer game at Glacier High School on Friday.

Glacier is 3-3-3 in Western AA and Hellgate is 7-0-3.

“We played our best game of the year and thats what you hope for at this stage of the season,” Glacier coach Ryan Billiett said. “Playing one of the best teams in the state, to hold them to one goal is admirable.”

Braden Nitschelm scored the Wolfpack’s only goal. A Glacier own goal tied the game.

“Things are coming together,” Billiet said. “Everybody contributed today.”
