Woman needs help with TV

A woman on First Avenue in Hungry Horse allegedly called 911 on behalf of her friend to report kids breaking into and vandalizing properties and requested a phone call from an officer. When it was determined there wasn’t a “true emergency” occurring the woman said her TV wasn’t working and might be unplugged. She was told to contact law enforcement the next day and if it still wasn’t working someone might stop by to see if it was unplugged.

A woman reportedly called 911 from Alpine Drive in Bigfork to see if she was connected because it didn’t work on a previous week.

A Cedar Trail resident in Columbia Falls thought someone cut down trees on his property for Christmas.

A man on a bicycle was allegedly lurking around the front door of a business and suspiciously looking in the windows. Someone calling the report into police told the man it was private property and he headed onto Reserve Drive in Kalispell.

Someone calling from Nucleus Avenue allegedly told Columbia Falls Police Department an intoxicated man at a bar was abusing a puppy. The man reportedly called later wanting information logged that his puppy was tired and cold but OK and he was walking home.

Someone was reportedly concerned about the door of what they thought was a vacant house being left open all night on Fran Lou Park Lane. Officers made contact with the homeowner who was sleeping inside and unaware the door was open.

Two unsupervised girls, who appeared to be ages 4 and 5, were allegedly crying and walking around in pajamas and coats on 13th Street and told someone they were trying to get to daycare. They were returned to a relative.
