Roommate hides man’s food and takes off

A man reportedly told Kalispell Police Department his roommate “just took off,” and said that he previously spoke to officers about her hiding his food. He was counseled.

A woman’s insurance cards were reportedly stolen from her car after someone broke into it. She was worried someone was going to get into an accident and try to use her insurance.

A passerby allegedly saw a “gentleman” try to break into a coffee stand and then go to a parking lot across from it and shine a light into cars. The passerby claimed employees said the man was homeless and was trying to get a coffee.

A man backing into his parking space off an alley alleged a reckless driver came speeding by, forcing him to rapidly back into the spot. The driver then flipped him off. He followed the vehicle to get the license plate.

A man allegedly loitered by an elevator for about three to four hours and sat by himself in the dark for a while, causing guests to complain to an employee.

A silver SUV was spotted driving on a sidewalk. The SUV was last seen on East Center Street.

A man carrying a garbage bag was seen punching the air and yelling to himself before sitting down to smoke.

A store manager was concerned after reportedly seeing a man standing outside the business with what they thought was a bag of drugs. The employee thought he might be acting as a lookout while the store was burglarized.
