No. 27375 INVITATION FOR BIDS The City of Kalispell, Montana will receive sealed bids for the WATER SYSTEM TELEMETRY AND SCADA UPGRADES PROJECT. The project generally includes furnishing materials, labor, and equipment required to complete control system upgrades on 11 well pumping, 4 booster pumping, and 4 water storage facilities within the Kalispell water distribution system. Work consists of control system equipment replacement and associated wiring modifications within existing control panels, conduits and wiring to provide signal from existing instrumentation to control panel, and associated electrical work. The Contractor shall be properly registered at the time of submitting the Bid. No. 27370 CALL FOR BIDS 2021 LEGAL ADVERTISING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana will receive bids for legal advertising. Bids are to be submitted on percentage of Code prices as outlined in the Montana Code Annotated, Section 18-7-404, et seq., and the Administrative Rules of Montana, Section 2.67.303, et seq. Bidders shall bid by section. Each company must provide a bid security in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) with its bid. This is to secure the bidder's express covenant that, if the bidder is awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a formal contract for the provision of legal advertising within ten (10) days.
