Alexis Marie Beecham, 20

| November 27, 2020 12:00 AM

Alexis Marie Beecham, 20, died at 8:11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 23, 2020, as a result of a car accident near Bigfork. Icy roads caused her car to slide sideways into oncoming traffic. Mercifully, she did not suffer. Alexis was born April 13, 2000, in Fort Collins, Colorado. At age 5 her family moved to Kalispell so she considered herself a Montanan. She enjoyed the outdoors, loved little kids and animals on our farm. She was active in the local homeschooling community and loved bringing joy to others with her fiddle, playing privately for family and loved ones, as well as in several public venues including the local Glacier Fiddle Festival, Montana State Fair, Huckleberry Days, and Regionals. The light that radiated from her life was living for the Lord. She started her walk with our Lord in 2013 at her church’s convention in Ronan and was baptized a few years later. She was always serious about seeking out his guidance on the big decisions in life and separated herself for his purpose. She felt she was in the exact place she needed to be and always put her whole heart into whatever she did. She made friends with almost everyone she met and had a perpetual smile. She was her brother’s best friend.

She is survived by her parents Dale and Jennifer Beecham, of Marion, her brother Lance, grandparents Bill and Kay Wilcox of Colorado, Brad and Nancy Beecham of Colorado, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.

A public visitation will be held at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home on Friday, Nov. 27, from 3 to 5 p.m. Due to the social gathering restrictions, a private family service will be held at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home on Saturday Nov. 28, at 1 p.m. For those that would like to attend via computer, there will be a Live Stream (audio and pictures): https://www.facebook.com/AlexisMarieBeechamMemorialService.
