No. 27338 ADVERTISEMENT Smith Valley School District #89 is soliciting qualifications from individuals or firms interested in providing Architect/Engineering services. The District is seeking to engage an Architectural/Engineering firm to assist with meeting facilitation, user input, preliminary space planning, educational specifications, design standards and guidelines, preliminary cost estimating, cost benefit analysis of different options, and assistance with the development of a capital bond programming for the expansion of its K-8 facilities. The District is seeking analysis of different options for expansion, including but not limited to renovation of current facilities, building a new facility and purchasing and renovation of an existing private school campus. The District also seeks qualified firms to assist in the areas of any programming, planning, design and construction administration for the construction of these new facilities depending upon the outcome of the capital bond election. Prospective Architect/Engineering candidates may obtain a Qualification packet at the Smith Valley School District Administration Office, 2901 US Hwy 2 West, Kalispell, MT 59901, or by visiting the District's website: https://www.smithvalleyschool.org/.
