No. 27245 INVITATION TO BID: LEASED ALL-WHEEL DRIVE ARTICULATED GRADERS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, will receive bids on two (2) All-Wheel Drive Articulated Graders. Specifications may be obtained from the Flathead County Road Department, 1249 Willow Glen Drive, Kalispell, (406) 758-5790, or online at https://flathead.mt.gov/commissioner. Delivery/shipping will be F.O.B. to the Flathead County Shop at 1249 Willow Glen Drive, Kalispell, Montana, 59901, within ninety (90) days of the signing of lease contract and no later than December 15, 2020. Each bidder must include a security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total lease payments for five (5) years on two (2) graders to secure an express covenant that if the bidder is awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a formal contract for the leasing of said units within ten (10) days. The bid security shall be payable to Flathead County and shall be in the form of lawful money of the United States: a cashier's check, certified check, bank money order or bank draft issued by a Montana bank, or a bid bond executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in Montana. The bidder shall include a contract to be executed by the parties. Flathead County reserves the right to negotiate the terms of said proposed contract (excluding prices contained therein) and to consider the terms of said proposed contract, including warranty provisions, in determining the award of the bid. All sealed bids, plainly marked "All-Wheel Drive Articulated Graders", must be in the hands of the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners, 800 South Main, Room 302, Kalispell, Montana 59901, on or before 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2020.
