Gerald 'Jerry' Turner, 83

Gerald “Jerry” Turner, 83, died on Aug. 25, 2020 in the loving presence of his eldest son, Anthony.

The preceding week he was comfortable with hospice attending him and all of his children, his siblings and their spouses, and with many nieces and nephews.

Jerry married Audrey Middleton on May 24, 1958. Jerry worked for the Forest Service and served with the National Guard. A job transfer brought him, wife Audrey and five children to Kalispell in 1978. He retired in 1984 and volunteered full time at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

He was active at Risen Christ Catholic Church. He enjoyed carpentry and gunsmithing.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lucille Marie Hoak Turner and Lucian Weimer Turner, and infant daughter Joy Turner.

He is survived by his wife, Audrey, of 62 years;, his children, Anthony, Arlene Brash, Janice Miller, Aaron and Jerritt; six siblings; numerous in-laws, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jerry is busy hugging his baby girl , friends and relatives in heaven. Until he turns around and there we will be.
