Opportunity Fair starts Monday

The WorkForce Flathead Opportunity Fair starts Monday, April 5, and runs for 4 weeks, featuring a different industry each week.

The virtual event will include presentations from employers about available positions and tips for resume writing, interviewing, apprenticeships and further education.

The schedule is as follows:

April 5-9: Manufacturing and the Trades

April 12-16: Tourism, Hospitality, and Retail

April 19-23: Health Care and Bioscience

April 26-30: Business, Finance, and Other Workforce Opportunities

The event is free and hosted by Job Service Kalispell, Flathead Valley Community College, The Kalispell Chamber of Commerce, and The Daily Inter Lake

C-Falls Chamber hears about road work

The Columbia Falls Chamber of Commerce will hold its virtual monthly membership meeting at noon on Tuesday, April 13.
