No. 27667 Somers School District #29 315 School Addition Road Somers, MT 59932 INVITATION TO BID LAKESIDE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GYM FLOOR REFINISHING 255 ADAMS Street LAKESIDE, MT Somers School District #29 is requesting bids from qualified Flooring Contractors for the refinishing of the gym floor at Lakeside Elementary School located at 255 Adams Street, Lakeside, MT. The project scope entails repair of small damaged areas, abrading the floor, cleaning the floor, applying new urethane layer of 1.5 millimeters, applying a new top coat and repainting game lines. The gym is approximately 10,086 square feet. The project must be completed between July 12 and August 1, 2021. The project includes liquidated damages assessed at five hundred dollars ($500.00) per calendar day for work that extends beyond the contracted completion date. The one percent (1%) Montana Gross Receipts Construction and Montana Prevailing Wage Rates are both applicable. No. 27685 The Swan River School Board of Trustees will hold a regular public meeting on April 12, 2021 at Swan River School in the 6th grade room at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of obtaining comments regarding the environmental review record for the proposed Roof project that will supply and install approximately 8,200 ft of main roof. At the public hearing the proposed project will be explained, including the purpose and proposed area of the project, activities, budget, possible sources of funding, any costs that may result for local citizens as a result of the project, and a decision will be made on the environmental assessment.
