Law roundup: Woman allegedly run over after bar drama

A man driving a black sedan with tinted windows allegedly pulled out of a bar parking lot and intentionally ran over a woman who couldn’t feel her legs afterward. The person calling in the report told Kalispell Police Department the incident stemmed from “drama in the bar.”

A man reportedly pulled a razor blade and started swinging it around, threatening to stab an employee who confronted him about shoplifting. The man took off on foot and staff took off after him. No one was injured.

A man with a purported history of stealing “tall boys from the cooler,” and had previously been told not to return — was back and using the bathroom.

A skinny man allegedly threatened a motel employee who told police he had been kicked off the property many times and causes too many problems so they wanted officers to advise him he was banned from returning.

Someone claimed there was a homeless camp by a pavilion bathroom and saw three to five people with sleeping bags and a guitar. Officers determined the complaint was unfounded and a man was playing the guitar, which other people were enjoying it.

A man was reportedly at the back of the building, again, and was breathing but not responding, again. The last time he did this he was allegedly taken by ambulance. The man turned out to be OK.

A man allegedly collapsed by vacuums at a car wash and nobody was with him. The man left the scene and officers were unable to locate him.

A woman’s ex reportedly wouldn’t stop calling, texting and harassing her and then threatened to come over to her house if she didn’t answer her phone. The man was verbally read a temporary order of protection on a recorded phone line.

A verbal disturbance was reported between a woman’s husband and his mother-in-law.

Officers moved along a group of kids gathered in a parking lot.

Two men were allegedly setting off fireworks in a parking lot near a church.

A white hatchback occupied by three teens was reportedly going 60 mph and swerving all over the road.

Someone was suspicious of a man driving a green SUV and was purportedly under the impression he was watching them and following them before speeding off in a different direction.

A landlord requested a minivan parked on private property be towed away. Officers spoke with the landlord who said the vehicle belonged to renters he was evicting. Officers advised him he couldn’t tow the vehicle until the renters were removed by the eviction.

A citation was issued to a vehicle parked in a handicapped stall.

A woman was allegedly taken to the hospital for a voluntary mental health evaluation after she told officers she did a line of meth and thought her life was in danger.
